Facilities

a. Bona Fide Members

• Only MPHA members in good standing may reserve and use MPHA facilities.

b. First-Come, First-Served

• Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  • Walk-in applications take priority over call or message inquiries.

• Payment must be made within two (2) hours for the reservation to be guaranteed. 

  • In case of non-payment by the first-ranked priority reservation, the second-ranked shall be advised to make payment within two (2) hours.

c. Resident Priority & Guest Policy

• Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  • Walk-in applications take priority over call or message inquiries.

• Payment must be made within two (2) hours for the reservation to be guaranteed. 

  • In case of non-payment by the first-ranked priority reservation, the second-ranked shall be advised to make payment within two (2) hours.

a. Sports Bookings

• Members receive a 4-day advance priority window before scheduled slots open to non-members.

b. Seasonal Programs

• At least 1 month in advance.

c. Tournaments & Leagues

• At least 1 month in advance.

d. Special Private Events (Birthdays, Weddings, Ceremonies, Celebrations, etc.)

• At least 1 month in advance.

a. Mode of Payment

• Cash only.

b. For Sports

• Full payment is required within the two-hour window upon submission of the reservation request.

c. For Seasonal Programs, Tournaments, Leagues, and Special Events

• Down Payment: A 50% non-refundable down payment is required upon submission of the reservation request.

• Final Balance: Full payment of the remaining balance must be settled at least five (5) days prior to the event date.

a. Monetary Refunds

• Direct cash, check refunds are not permitted once a reservation is confirmed.

b. Cancellations

• 4+ Days Notice: Cancellations made at least four (4) days prior to the function date are eligible for booking credit or rescheduling to an available open date within 60 days.

• Less than 4 Days Notice: Cancellations made less than (4) days prior will result in the full forfeiture of all payments made.

a. Joint Inspection

• Only MPHA members in good standing may reserve and use MPHA facilities.

b. Wall / Ceiling Attachments

• Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  • Walk-in applications take priority over call or message inquiries.

• Payment must be made within two (2) hours for the reservation to be guaranteed.

c. Garbage Policy

• Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  • Walk-in applications take priority over call or message inquiries.

• Payment must be made within two (2) hours for the reservation to be guaranteed. 

  • In case of non-payment by the first-ranked priority reservation, the second-ranked shall be advised to make payment within two (2) hours.

d. Egress & Clear-Out

• The reserving member must ensure that all guests, cateres, and vendors complete and total egress immediately following the function's approved end time.

e. Property Damage

• The reserving member assumes full financial liability for any structural damage, broken equipment, or missing MPHA property resulting from their event.

a. Live Bands

• Allowed only upon prior explicit Board approval.

b. Sound Restrictions

• Karaoke and loud sound equipment that disturbs surrounding homeowners are strictly prohibited, unless explicitly intended for approved community-wide events.

c. Noise Control (For Sports)

• Players are kindly requested to refrain from making excessive noise during evening games to respect surrounding neighbors.

d. Quiet Hours

• Music and audio volume must be significantly toned down by 9:00 PM.

e. Prohibited Items & Substances

• Alcoholic beverages, hard liquor, illegal/prohibited substances, and party poppers/confetti cannons are strictly banned on all MPHA premises.

f. No On-Site Cooking (For MCCSP)

• On-site cooking and dishwashing are strictly prohibited within the pool area.

• Subject to corkage fees, all food brought into the venue must be pre-cooked or catered.

a. Pickleball Court Bookings

• Maximum of 2 hours per reservation per member or non-member.
